Virucidal testing

Retroscreen Virology can test a variety of products for their virucidal (virus destroying) efficacy. All testing is performed in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice and if required can be performed according to protocols suitable for submission to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). We can test against a variety of viruses including Avian Influenza (bird flu) and Norovirus (Norwalk virus). Other viruses we test against include:

  • Rotavirus;
  • Respiratory Syncytial Virus;
  • Rhinovirus;
  • Parainfluenza Virus;
  • Coronavirus;
  • Influenza A and B viruses both animal and human;
  • Human Immunodeficiency Virus.
